It is understood things happen in life and emergencies come up, but I kindly ask that you try your best to give at least 48 hours/2 days notice of cancellation or reschedule. For instances that come up the day of your appointment please be mindful that you could be responsible for a cancellation charge. Cancellation less than 48 hours/2 days BEFORE your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge based off your appointment total. Less than 24hrs/ Day of cancellation will result in a 100% charge based off your appointment total. NO SHOWS will be automatically charged 100% of their total and will require a non refundable 50% deposit on any future appointments scheduled
